Anybody know if Webb County below Catarina got any rain. We need it BAD!

Dad said we got about .5” last week, I know we aren’t to far from y’all. But yes we need it bad!!

Our rancher said we got about 3/4" in far southeast Webb County... Going mid week this week to take a look for myseff... Gonna try to get my grandsons on a skimmer or 2...

Was wide open the week before Christmas on our SE Webb county place. Neighbors took a couple of whoppers... one was a high 180's 27" wide typical and another was a booner 9 with over 50" of mass... hated to go home, but came back after Christmas to find it had slowed down a bit. I did manage to have an opportunity at my target trophy, but because he was broke up, I passed. Gonna probably make another trip to do a bit more skimming of narrow, short tined 5-6 year olds... been a good year. had a lot of good growth over last year (our first on this place). We are excited about the future for sure! Some real whoppers on camera that aren't old enough yet...

Got really lucky 1.6” rain night before last.
What a blessing, it was getting bad.

Not sure how it looks in Falfurrias. Haven’t been back since around New Years. Probably going to make a trip down there for Turkey season and fill Up feeders.

Just got back from our lease in Thompsonville. There was a good slow drizzle all morning. Rain gauge already had 2" in it when we arrived. It was still raining when we left. Also saw my first turkey on the place since I've been on it. Sure glad for the rain. We were really looking bad down there.

Turkey??? Sounds like you may have found some of those plants the local natives go after too??? Hahaha
