After hunting Laguna Atascosa NWR this fall compared to 2 years ago I would not recommend it for a nilgai hunt. The helicopter hunts over the last 2 years have really knocked the populations back as per the refuge directors intentions.....
We have had a price increase and for 2020 the price is $900.00 day fee per hunter, $1200.00 per Nilgai bull and $500.00 per nilgai cows.
So do you work/guide there? So $2100 for a bull if you get him on the first day. What’s the honest chances of that happening with a bow? And I would pay $900 if I didn’t shoot one?

Sorry this hunt is rifle only. Their bow hunts are a 3 day hunt for $2,850.00 whether u shot or not. You can take Bull and Cow for this price. Note i'm guessing this price my go up also....
