ouch! Hope everything turns out better than it initially looks! I remember you posted a while back that you were worried about him getting hit (on the hwy)--who would think some moron on a skid steer would hit him?

I worry a lot. After 2 drivers getting killed back in December, I worry even more. He has already been grazed by a truck mirror.

Any updates?

How's he doing?

He actually came out in decent shape. His steel toes saved the day. His foot is jacked up pretty good, but nothing broken believe it or not. He lives on the second floor and can not get up and down the stairs. I went and got him to stay with us while he is healing.

He was laying down under a truck. It was the dumazz on the skid steer that should have been watching what he was doing.

The construction company is stepping up to the plate. They are paying all medical bills, compensating for lost wages +10% and fired the dumass worker the decided it would be funny to "buzz" CJ with the skid steer.
