      WOW. If that guy lived I'm very surprised. I'm in LE and I worked a very similar accident. I'm looking at this guy in this thread and his stomach is smashed on the steering wheel just like an accident I investigated. The life flight doctor saw the situation and told us to get his family to the scene. He was alive and talking to us and had no pain or anything. Like the guy was out for a daily stroll. The family arrived and cried and kissed him etc.... We moved the family away. The FD started to move the load off him and as soon as the pressure was released, boom. The guy went out and was gone. The flight doctor loaded him and they were GONE but they could not revive him.

      This guy here is lucky

        All I know is I get around those loaded flatbeds in a HURRY....the ones that spook me are those huge pipes you could drive an F250 through.

        Have to pass them on 2 lane roads on the way to the ranch more than I like.
