I didn’t see this post till today, but I did walk through the store at Disch-Falk last night and they had a bunch of fitted hats, including the one you’re looking for, but every one of them were in sizes 8, 7 5/8, and 7 3/4. Nothing smaller, I asked when they would be getting some more normal sized hats and she said maybe later in the season. Maybe the bookstore has em, ain’t been by there in years but they used to have lots of merchandise in there.

Same when I was there, can't find anything online.

I just thought I had a small head. Lol. The black ones on bottom were the only ones close. All of the actual Texas baseball caps were enormous.
