Crazy story that will make you want a CHL

My roomate and a friend were at the IHOP in Huntsville late las night (around 2 a.m.). There were several thug/gangsta types in there as well. Anyways they were sitting there eating when my roomate noticed one of the guys at the table he was facing pulled out a glock, cocked it and handed it to the guy next to him. They then started looking at another table and whispering to each other as if they were marking who they were going to shoot. The one who initially pulled out the gun then noticed that my roomate had seen him, they then started to stare down my roomate. Finally the one who pulled the gun walked over to his table and told my roomate "you didn't see S^&^". After a while the thugs left and my roomate walked outside to take a phone call. He noticed that they didn't leave but were actually standing around his truck. He walked back inside and they waited for them to all leave. Pretty crazy

If you don't have your CHL and are able to get it..... your cheating yourself out of your right to protect yourself. Have had mine since they said we could get 'em.

Haha yeah thanks to rappers and dumb&*^ gangsta movies they can't hit anything because they think holding the gun sideways is cooll. Yeah my roomate is 21 and doesnt have a CHL. I turn 21 in April and am definately applying ASAP. I always planned on getting one though and I think after last night he is too

That's the world we live in...waiting for my CHL to arrive. Had a situation where I was positive a guy was getting ready to pull something with me at a grocery store parking lot late one night...prompted me to get my CHL.

I agree he did the right thing. The point I was making about the CHL is what if the situation would have esculated to gunfire, being that they knew he saw them they probably would have targeted him as well. The thing that makes me mad about situations like this is these dumb$## retarded losers actually expect people to be scared of them. Oh and he didn't want to call 911 while in the restaraunt was because they were staring at him.

Haha monkey, Yeah im sure they will. Just like Im sure the firearm they had was purchased legally at a gunshop According to my roomate I'm pretty sure if someone who looked like this even walked in a gunshop they would be turned out immediately. Although I was in a local gunshop (wont say which one) but here were two guys that were hardcore gangsta looking fella's and conducted themselves in a manner you would expect (foul language etc.) looking at handguns and the guy behind the counter was handing them everything they wanted to look at without a second thought. Now I know this may be profiling and I know that if legal to own a firearm they have every right to buy and own guns that's the right our constitution gives us but I mean come on I know the gunshop has to have discretion on if they will sale a gun or not and at sometime common sense has to take over.

About a month ago, outside a bar here in Corpus, the local police were dealing with a drunk and disorderly in the parking lot. As they were handling their business, two thugs came out the front door shooting at each other just a few feet apart. Needless to say the two gunmen were arrested with neither of them being shot.
