I find it really hard to believe that a drug unit would engage in criminal behavior. I'm making my surprised face now, for real.

This may be a silly question, but are HPD officers drug tested? I would think a Narcotics unit especially, shiuld be routinely checked?

My department does it randomly by an outside source. They pull names at random and they give you something like 2 hours to get there.

I know guys who get pulled every year, twice in 2 weeks etc. I on the other hand have not been tested in 19 years
