Do you have 7 miles to run through in east Texas?

If they want to zigzag.....yes! [emoji106] The point is you cant stop progress thus get creative and enjoy the ride. Play money/additional investment funds are a wonderful thing. The mass majority across the fruited plain live hand to mouth.....check to check.....even in a good economy. [emoji2962] Congrats to the TBHer, I'm sure the pain will be diminished over time.

A buddy of mine, lawyer, has been fighting and winning to get them to reroute the pipeline to go along the boundaries of some big ranches instead of through it. He loves kicking their ***. The ranchers have been very happy with him after getting zero results with some very big name law firms. One ranch owner has extended him an incredible offer on top of his pay.

Lol. My point was, if you had 7 miles in east Texas, you could make a hell of a lot more by selling the timber.

I know they start working at first light and don’t stop till 5 seven days a week and don’t care about deer hunters.

With steel skyrocketing, lumber is not far behind. Happens every time.

It's going through my dad's place in Limestone County. He is getting $850 a rod plus they paid all the lawyers fees that did the negotiating for him and a few other people that banded together. At first they only offered a third of that. It ended up being $51.50 a foot.

I wonder how much diesel, gasoline, nat gas or propane these jacked up trucks and homes use that run through these pipelines.....
