Ol Snowflake Killa took me to school yesterday. Im a slow learner but think I picked up some good lessons. We met at Cagle and headed to a few undislosed locations.
We went back and forth on whether to try to slay em and bring minnows or make it a little tougher and just use jigs. I ended up bringing just enough minnows to get some meat in the boat, then finish with jigs.
I did pretty decent with jigs, which I am real weak on, this helped my confidence some.
Had a dang good time catching a good bunch of fish, very few small ones, a lot of good solid fish! A quick count showed 36 in the livewell. I didnt take any pics, hopefully he took a few.
Want to say I really appreciate the invite, had a good time with a good guy on a dang fine boat!Comment

I follow the forums and more people are talking up the blue screen (fish and hard targets are red). Seems like amber was the default not necessarily because it's the best but garmin wanted it to look different than the first gen panoptix.Originally posted by Snowflake Killa View Post

I changed from Amber to the green cause I was fishing for sunspots on the graph![emoji23]
My screen gets really dirty from fish though. You probably won't have that problem SK![emoji2]
It's all personal preference best I can tell. I've fished Amber. Emerald green and blue.
