    ANNUAL LEASE !!!
    HI EVERYONE I’m in search of annual deer lease on any county around San Antonio Tx OR 1hr-2hrs around San Antonio Tx this is more family oriented lease for my son,wife, brother and my self NOT looking to get corporate or sharing with other hunters We are Family that just pretend to have outdoor activities.

    (We Don’t Smoke & We Don’t Drink Alcohol ) so we are very peaceful people pretending to have a place to go out on the weekends pretty much enjoy/teach my son the experience of outdoors\ranching & more

    We are in search of MINIMUM OF 300 ACRES doesn’t need to have trophy buck, also could be raw land I do landscaping and fence for leaving so I have access to labor also have tractor and skid steer SO we can do some improvements in case is need it doesn’t need to have electricity and water MY BUDGET is $5K-$7K and we provide our own blinds and feeders for harvesting purposes during year round.

    Desired Location anything under I-10 (San Antonio Tx to Junction Tx) & ( San Antonio to Flatonia Tx )
    Minimum Acrage 300+
    Number of Hunters : 3 ( 42-husband, 42-wife & 44-brother )
    Guest Allowed, Camping Overnight Allowed
    Optional : electricity and water
    Optional : cabin,house or shelter
    Whitetail Score Expectations : Not Preferred
    Optional : Exotics
    Main Game : Whitetail, Hogs, Dove if is possible
    NO DOGS will use.
    Rifle & Bow allowed
    Side X Side Allowed
    Landlord Check-in\Check-Out Or Arrival Notice : Yes We OK
    Long Term: Yes
    Cattle In the lease: We are OK , feeders will be fenced

          49ac ready for your retirement home. You can live in the country and still attend your grandchildren's activities in Houston, Austin or San Antonio and still sleep in your own bed at night.

            That is a great point. My parents live just North of there and they come to all of our kids events in Katy. Some good deer in that area as well. It might be priced a little high, but it looks like all of the heavy lifting is out of the way (water, electricity, fences, pasture renovation, road, etc.). GLWS

                      29.06 acres I own a few miles SW of Centerville. My family is purchasing some land down in south texas, so I don't really have need for this please anymore. Trailer can sell with property, or it can be removed from sale and I can have it moved. There is a well located at the front of the property, with 100 amp service, and also co-op water is available at the entrance. I also have a 200 amp service feeding the trailer currently in the middle of the property, with a third location that power could be hooked up. Ton of deer in the area, and some hogs for sure. I've been planting 2 acres of oats, and was going to look at planting 5 acres of milo this year for the dove, because they come through the area. A few pics from the last 2 years, I'm bad about actually saving pictures with a covert.
