    I was going to do a prime rib but we got invited to a New Years Day Brunch so I will do the prime rib this weekend. I am going to do some country style ribs to go with our black eyed peas this evening.

      Going to have some deer sausage we made last week , skillet cornbread and blackeyes peas with a little ham hock in it for supper. Maybe a beer or three afterwards.

                  The wife made spicy black eyed peas with jalapeno venison sausage! It's money! Over the next couple days I'll be eating the leftovers with fritos like a fritos pie. Soooooo goooood!
