I had a guy tell me magellan were the best coolers made when he saw my Bison. No surprise he just went to prison for dealing meth.

I recently bought one of their "new" 120 qt coolers with the fancy metal latches and hinges and I honestly think a suitcase would hold ice longer. And the cooler is white too..
I prefer igloo to any other ice chest. Yes the latches suck but I take them off and replace them with used firehose, it makes them almost indestructible. I do not need a 500 dollar ice chest to hold ice for weeks at a time. my igloos hold ice great and are very good for keeping my meat, cold while letting them bleed out until i get it to the processor.

In regards to the topic: Has anyone had trouble with their RTIC products? I haven’t.
Are they selling 40’s or something?

I talked with a manager regarding a few things.
                    Less outdoor stuff
                    Rtic
                    Cokes
He said owner is mad at coke so they cut their shelf space. As to outdoor stuff, he thought they were making a mistake.

I know I’m starting to bypass them esp going south when there is Prasek’s.
I don’t need any bling sandals, mr beaver.

There was some sort of test you could do (was a thing when the original yeti knock-off igloos were made- I have one) where you put a bright light in the cooler in a dark room and it will show where there is lack of insulation- ifn it lacks any this is.

                      I found an example here-

                      [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S_Hv7AOveIE"]Beware of the Igloo sportsman 55 - YouTube[/ame]

I know my yeti knock-off is just ok.

My 110 quart wheeled igloo's with the extension handle- they are well worth the ~$100 price tag and hold ice excellently (for their cost) in my opinion.

I read on RTIC web site that they are going on-line sales only. No retailers. They do have an store in Cypress by their warehouse.

Well as stupid as it sounds they are there. I don’t live near one but next time I’m in there if I see some I’ll take a picture of the labels. If you don’t read them closely you probably wouldn’t notice. Just some saying your purchase is contributing to X,Y, Z cause and no they are not pro hunting groups

If I want a bottle of water that’s what I want and that’s it.

It was surprising to me when I saw them in there.

Anyone have any experience with the Bucee branded bag type cooler that sells for $19.99?
