Hate to hear about quality/service issues with RTIC... I did my own test of sorts last Fall on a trip to the deer lease... I had a Pelican 65 (or whatever that size is), an RTIC 110, and an Igloo (5 day) in the back of my truck empty. Stopped at Buc-ee's in Wharton on the way to the lease and put 2 bags of ice in each cooler... I did not open any of the coolers until I got back home. Ice in the coolers about 7:30 AM on Friday... Home about noon on Monday... Poured the water out of the Igloo and Pelican coolers and dropped the wet, empty bags in the trash... Took the ice in the bags out of the RTIC and put it in my freezer for next trip... over half of the ice was still in the bags... pretty much sold me on them. There IS a difference...

Edit to say, My truck has a white tonneau cover on it and it was a cool (for south Texas) weekend. Not cold, but not sweating hot either...

If it's not a Yeti, then you're doing it wrong.

The story that was told to me by a manager in a Lake Jackson Buc-ee’s was Rtic could not meet Buc-ees order demands.

RTIC didn't pull anything IMO, the Beaver found a better deal and went elsewhere for better margins.

I hope they find a replacement tumbler soon, I do like my RTIC ones, lol. I picked up one of the new Nice brand Pilsner tumblers the other day for $8, I like it, a bit top heavy and it has a seam on the interior, time will tell.
Like the waterproof phone compartment on the back - works great when near water

I have 2 Rtic bag coolers and a Yukon. I think the yukon is a nicer cooler and cheaper too. I comes with a bottle opener on it as well. The zipper seems to be a lot stronger vs my rtics. I love my Rtic coolers as well but the yukon seems to be a much better deal.

I've got 3 yeti coolers and a few cups. Never faded, bubbled, or anything like that. You get what you paid for...

Also hard to believe they are throwing shade on YETI and RTIC. Not a great business practice.

I've got a rtic bag cooler and the outer pocket tore off in a week. The zipper has now messed up. I should of just paid and got a yeti to start with.

Made in USA up through the 90s meant something. Now it just means it will break as quick as Asian stuff.

I heard that RTIC did not extend their warranty to items not sold directly by them. So if you bought from Buccees and there was an issue than walk on home boy.
