I was asked to make some duck totes for the Lamar County chapter of Delta Waterfowl to auction off. I was more than happy to say yes. I brought up the idea to also make some shotshell pouches and try my hand at putting the Delta Waterfowl logo on them. I sent a pic of my practice piece to the guy that contacted me. He really liked it and showed it to the Chairman. Being a copyrighted logo I was leery of what his thoughts were going to be. Come to find out he gave me full run to use the logo on anything I wished to.

Here's what the duck totes will look like.



This is what the shotshell pouches look like.



And this will be on the front of the shell pouches.



This was my first attempt to do any kind of work like this logo. I'm happy with it but feel that it'll look even better on the pouches.

I'm pretty excited about doing this. The banquet isn't until August so I should have time to make quite a few things to donate.

My son and DIL close on their new home today, the dirt man starts tomorrow. The best part, they are building on their 4 acres next door to us. Pure greatness having your kids and grandkids that close.

Nice pic R81. It's been a rough weekend. My home modem went out Saturday morning and then my phone line cratered yesterday so the new modem didn't help. My company laptop air card quit working so I spent a couple days of the GS. I feel a little better now after getting a little fix at the office this morning.
