I was out there 2 weeks ago and its amazing country!! My boss owns thousands of acers out there and has given me the green light to hunt on it. I've already burned all my vacation this year, but I believe I will be taking a trip up there next year during rifle season to see if I can get my feet wet with OK deer hunting. It seems like a totally different world out there. I glassed some wheat fields watching deer pour in. Some really nice bucks as well. If ya'll have some pointers on that style hunting shoot me a PM I don't mean to take over the thread with this.

I have 160 acres that I lease to 2 guys for $1200 total for the year. They don't hunt much and I usually only see them during season.

i'll be in ok Nov 5-10, second year to hunt this place on the river. some guys hunted last week through this past tuesday. bucks are on the move from they said. should be good on our dates. last year we were there same dates and bucks were chasing.
