No! Standing in waist deep water all morning! We each caught fish! Keepers were hard to find!! Little man got his first trout and I had a redfish 1/2" too short!!

Followed that up with an oyster sammich and now it's beer 30!!

I would go from Tyler to Nacogdoches then 59 in to Houston, then in hit 99 in New Caney and take that down south to 59 again. 45 from Huntsville to 99 is a mess and often worse than that.

I had a dang good trout this morning
Knew they had lots of sharp teeth so didn’t know how to get ahold of it
Before Phillip could get over to me the sucker got off
Did end up with a 16” one though





Going back for round 2 tomorrow

Going to spray a whole can of OFF on me before we leave the hotel
As soon as we stepped out of the truck I had 50 of those big ol marsh skeeters on me

Had to leave at 1030 this morning and of course they bit good from 10 till we left! Had some trout and several small trout and reds today! Fun times! Headed back early for a visitation. Thanks again Phillip![emoji106]
