    I know people seem to not like large batch processing for sausage and ground product. But as much as people complain already on turn around times for deer processing, you realize it’d take months longer if you did everyone’s 20 pounds separate. When you take you’re deer to a place that does over 10,000 in a year you can’t expect to get you’re meat back in ground products. Having to run thousands of pounds of product a day kind of prevents small batch processing

      Sorry I didn't do the live processing yesterday (technical difficulties).

      We de-boned and ground a small doe in about four hours. Drank lots of beer. All you need is a cheap LEM grinder from Academy and some HEB freezer bags.

      The tendon and silver skin trimmings bag that went to the trash was only about a quarter pound. Very little waste and 100% you deer in the freezer.
