      How is pronghorn meat for eating???

        Pronghorn is descent food, if probably cared for/ iced and blooded quick
        The one ram I have killed wasn’t very good stuff and sat in the freezer till,the freezer conked out “ I didn’t consider it a waste to throw it out “

          Ice it out in a ice chest for three days w/plug pulled and the sage smell goes away. There is a gland on there rear end, you need to be careful of.

          No goat or rams here. Occasionally supermarket lamb chops.

            Thanks for all info. I got one this evening. Will post measurements later. Pretty decent Tx goat going to be close to 15”.

              It's excellent if you kill one that lives on grass. If you are hunting sagebrush country, they won't taste as good. Grassfed though is good stuff.
