No idea because I wanted the meat more than anything, but here are my two.

There's a good thread on it on rokslide.com if I remember right. But more than twice the ear and mass is what I remember from the guys I met in Wyoming.

Pronghorn is descent food, if probably cared for/ iced and blooded quick
The one ram I have killed wasn’t very good stuff and sat in the freezer till,the freezer conked out “ I didn’t consider it a waste to throw it out “

Ice it out in a ice chest for three days w/plug pulled and the sage smell goes away. There is a gland on there rear end, you need to be careful of.

No goat or rams here. Occasionally supermarket lamb chops.

It's excellent if you kill one that lives on grass. If you are hunting sagebrush country, they won't taste as good. Grassfed though is good stuff.
