Even with a big budget it can be hard to find a good lease. You can look for years and not find one then all of a sudden have three fall in your lap.
We found both of ours in the TBH classifieds but this isn’t the best time of year to be looking. Most leases become available in early Spring and late Summer.Comment

Check the available leases thread on here. If you don't see what you like post a thread looking. Google deerleases available in Texas. There's more places to hunt than you realize. It gets harder looking for the right one. Also cash in hand helpsComment
