I deleted EGR and ran straight pipe from turbo to exhaust on my '09 Dodge 3500 6.7L.
I'm curious what a larger pipe does, have considered it but I don't know what difference it would make or if it would make a huge difference. I'm not criticizing, just clueless on it and would like that answer.
4” exhaust will support up to 1000HP. Anything larger than that is just for show in most trucks and on the Dodge it drones like crazy.

EZ is about the most up to date you can get but understand that is just the module its about whos tune you are running I would suggest calibrate addiction . Tunes are clean they offer free updates and most have trans tuning which is a must in my opinion . CA is also in TX and they answer the phone and if you need a custom trans tune they wil alter it My trans is heavily built and I need to calmed it down a bit on light throttle shifts , they took care of it
I posted up my pic of MPH towing 10K up into CO running 80-85 ( flow of traffic many times I was the slow one there as well ) I have been very happy with this set up and I had several before . Good luck that 6.7 will come to life with a great tune you will like it for sure !!!!

I’m not sure about the 14’ trucks, but I would highly recommend against PPEI on the 17+ trucks. I’ve got PPEI and Tyrant tunes on my 17’ 350, and PPEIs TCM tuning is garbage. Quite a few lost transmissions, and lots of hard shifting. I ran PPEI first, and couldn’t stand the TCM tuning. Felt like the transmission was going to grenade itself at times. This was only runnin the low HP tow tune, and NOT being hot rodded. Luckily I was sent Tyrant tunes by accident before the PPEI. I used No Limit Diesel to purchase the tunes and tuner from, and due to their mistake they let me keep the Tyrant tunes. Since all I read were horror stories of PPEIs TCM tuning and nothing but goood about Tyrant I decided to upload them to the truck. They were free afterall. The Tyrant TCM tuning is SO much smoother. The ECM tuning is pretty equivalent in my book. Both do a good job. I just couldn’t stand the extremely rough shifts when being easy on the truck. If you get on any 17+ page you’ll read countless stories about PPEI TCM tuning being crap as well.

What would you guys recommend if you just want to do the DPF and EGR delete? I'm not looking for any more power as my current 7.3 pulls just fine and I know the 6.7 embarrasses it from a power standpoint. I'm just looking at moving into a newer/nicer truck and want to avoid the headaches of all the emissions stuff.

An item not to overlook is the stock intercooler pipes. I blew the cold side pipe off a couple weeks ago pulling out of my neighborhood. Blew off on the 2 - 3 shift. Just replaced hot and cold side pipes with aFe kit.
