        If it's been there 2 years I have a hard time thinking it's mistitis... More like a tumor or cyst... Maybe a thorn with some crazy infection but again, been there a LONG time.

            She does look healthy otherwise, but daaaaang - it seems like it would hurt for her to jump in the pen (and what if that gets caught up on the fence??).

                Mastitis or a tumor.

                If she was in my area the GW would tell me to let nature take its course or shoot her during legal season and put my tag on her.

                          Could be a few things. Seroma is most likely, followed by hernia, followed by abdominal injury that has led to fluid (blood and others) build up. None are of immediate concern by themselves, but the location most likely renders the injury incapable of proper healing. Once the area becomes septic, it'll be bad news for her (shoot her before this comes into play).
