Whats wrong with this doe?

This deer was a reg last season, but the growth was a lot smaller(almost look like she had male parts down there). Now she's back this year and the thing is huge. She doesn't have any yearlings, so it's not her milk sack. What do yall think ?

Looks like some sort of infection in her udders? Even with no fawn I could see it getting some sort of infection from a thorn or cut.

Poor thing. Looks like a sack on a 300# pig. May want to cut her from the herd. If she can't have fawns, then she is free-loading on corn that others need.

Looks like a tumor. If she can’t have fawns then she needs to be culled from the herd in my opinion. Also if the tumor has grown since last year it may effect her mobility by next year causing her to die a painful death, better to be humane and cull her.

Me 3. She needs to be humanely put down as soon as possible, in my opinion. If the doe was on my land, I'd be contacting the Game Warden and apprising him/her, and go from there.
