venison sausage, some bratts, and get some good boudain! Won't take long to cook, and will fill them up!
Or make several casserole dishes full of enchiladas or burritos a few days ahead of time(freeze them), then just heat em back up in the oven!
That'll give you plenty of socializing time!

Y'all got me thinking about changing it up. Deep fried wild turkey breast with Hooter's sauce and boiling some bugs or shrimp.

I will be at work babysitting 72 prisoners while they eat ramen noodles and gamble with their soups while the superbowl is on.

I will probably have a some campbells hearty soup and a mountain dew....

Big Party here as well. The menu is as follows:
Red Beans and Rice (easy prep and very filling)
Goose rolls (lots of prep doesnt last very long)
Smoke Pork Loin ( easy and luv you long time)
Deer Sausage (easy and standard fare)
Fried Shrimp and Raw Oysters ( not easy but the bomb)
Elk Steaks (cooked rare and served late )

Of course we will have beans, tater salad, vegi and relish trays and lots sweets.

That's how I spent 3 of my superbowls. It sucked asking the cons what the score is and doing cell searches just to watch a little tv with them...

Now i enjoy it on 65" of HD heaven...I'm lazy and will just order wings and fried pickles from hooters.

I was planning on venison sausage queso, backstrap kabobs, johnsonville brauts, grilled corn and bell peppers, and a good ole venison chili.

How do you make your brisket tacos? That sounds darn good.

Well I am almost embarrassed to type this as I cheat. I buy my flour tortillas from Taco C. I get a fully cooked brisket from HEB to put in the oven. Then I add Cilantro, Pico, Queso Fresco Cheese, Onion. Pretty simple, but we have not had any complaints.
