Has anybody started to plan out there Super Bowl Menus yet? I am in charge of cooking the main part of our food for a party of about 50 people. We started having this party in 2000 while in college and it is a huge hit every year. We will have people chips, dips, etc. but I handle the main portion of the meal. In the years past I have done brisket tacos, but I am thinking of something different this year.I would like to keep the prep time and skill level because I am there to have a good time and not spend the whole day in the kitchen. Any ideas?

Our plans are to cook a pig in the ground and a goat on the spit. Hopefully supllying the pig will be my only job.

Kinda embarrassing but when we booked a quick getaway for our daughter and her best friend we did not realize it was Super Bowl Week. 
Oh well, the SAINTS ain't in it so I guess it won't be that big of a deal!
