Next time I hit a LTC I'm tempted to try the wienies a la Mexicana. Looks like hot dogs sliced up and cooked like fajitas with peppers and onions.

That is common in border towns. It's aight. Nothing special.

The weiners and eggs arent bad. It is different. I get them without peppers/onions sometimes.

I love it when Mexicans sell rock gut meat to honkies, call it by its Mexican/spanish name and folks swarm to it like its an an exotic delicacy. Cajun folks do the same with their French names...


We have a lady in the panhandle that brings us "hot dog" tacos to the fishing event we do in her home town and they aren't bad with all the other fixing in them but she calls them weenie tacos....not a fancier wienies a la mexicana..

Can't do bacon or sausage anymore for cholesterol reasons. I miss bacon!

Try whites only. It's the yolk that irritates the stomach with some people.

Usually egg and bacon, next is Asada with lettuce and tomato. But the best is Garcia's in San Antonio Brisket and Guacamole! And they have 3 of the best sauces.

My go tos are bacon or sausage, bean and potatoes or Bacon or sausage, egg and potato. Have to have potatoes in mine
