I don’t know what they are called but there is a place by my work that does thin slices of smoked sausage with jalapeños and onions. Retried beans and that together are awesome.

We eat breakfast tacos so much that when we travel to other cities and there aren’t tortillas with breakfast we aren’t quite sure what to do.

My breakfast taco is plain oatmeal with pecans, cranberries and cinnamon added. No tortilla. It sucks. Sometime I chase it with a sausage gravy biscuit.
