    Hmm agree with the NO.

Department of Transportation in Louisiana or any state for that matter is on the bottom of the food chain on Cyber security. I bet some teenage prodigy programmers can hack their system.

LEO can peruse your browsing and text history and give a “texting while driving” ticket along with your speeding ticket.

      No thanks, I’ll pass.

Missouri has a system set up where you can do everything on line. You can buy your license, have it on your phone, and when you kill something you call in to an automated service and 'Telecheck'. And they provide a code for your kill. By doing that, it also allows them to collect harvest data for future hunts.

Wonder if this is where digital licenses are headed?

as a cop I would not accept it,, I want the drivers license in my hand,, also the license is basically on loan to you,, because it can easily be seized or taken.... bad idea from the very thought.....

I agree to all points^^^^ in the above post, and if I need the info off your phone related to a criminal investigation, I will just get a warrant for it. Otherwise, I dont have any business in someone else's phone. And nobody has any business in mine.

                                I wouldn't accept it either.
