Definitely whitig. Bigguns for them, good eating! Been wanting to get down there, but going offshore with my sister while she's in town soon.

Correction. Whiting. Keepers at 13"+. Eating green fish bites. No luck on specks this am. Guys around were catching some on croakers, but i didn't have any luck on DSL or mirrodine.
Lots of hard heads.

Ok, picked up circle hooks and a minnow bucket to wade with.
Going to try and buy croakers soon. I have never used live bait in salt besides shrimp under popping cork. Not new to salt, always throw arty.
Do they work under a popping cork? Or really just free line them.
