I keep it for the prime video, music and books. Heck, we don't watch network TV anymore and only have cable for the Astros. Watching season 2 of Sneaky Pete right now and have a list of others waiting. Nice thing with prime is that they let you download shows so I fill up my Ipad before a trip and have that for air travel.
We also have HBO go that we access through a fire stick.

Also downloading music. We’ve had it for a year now. It’s definitely been worth it.

not worth it to me. Between Walmart, Ebay & other online retailers I can find stuff cheaper the majority of the time and still get 2-3 day shipping if I feel the need to shop online. I like buying stuff locally as well.

It pays for itself in shipping, time, fuel to go to the store and costs savings for us in less than 2 month...maybe even less..

Still a bargain at $119 and the two days shipping is nice...

That doesn't even take into account the wife's benefits from books, videos and streaming movies. She is a Kindle junkie.

We order enough from Amazon that even that $119 the free 1 or 2 day shipping is worth it . Add in the movies, music, photo storage etc, its a no brainer. Its going to keep going up no doubt but they will keep getting my money for a while.

I hate shopping. I like clicking a couple buttons online and having what I need show up at my office in a day or two.

I canceled mine when I discovered I could get stuff cheaper at other places online and when they stopped getting stuff here in 2 days.

We use it but I can generally find stuff cheaper on EBay and there is no sales tax. Takes a little longer to get here and the return policy isn't always as good as prime but if I am not in a hurry Ebay is still the way to go.

Today I went to my account and set it up so they email me 3 days prior to renewing. I have it until September. I have had too many "guaranteed" delivery dates be missed. When I email them they normally credit me $5.

Totally worth it for us. We have several items set up on automatic order. We drink on the weekends and end up getting all sorts of cool stuff delivered throughout the week because of Prime. Plus the video stuff, all worth it for me.

Lol, dang boy you better be careful. Dranking and shopping get expensive.

For $10 a month it is well worth where we live. Dang near costs me $10 round trip to drive into town and back to the house to buy stuff that is marked up 30% in the local stores. Shopping from home is awesome for us.

Do what I do when I feel like I haven't got my monies worth; buy more. I used it to buy a hay spear for the bucket on my tractor. That delivery dude was almost as unhappy as the guy that had to deliver twenty 2'x4'x18" dock floats.

We live in the country so 98% of our shopping is online. Even at $119 / year Amazon Prime pays for itself rather quickly. We placed 140 Amazon orders in 2017 and 45 orders so far this year.

$99.99/140 = $.71 per order, shipped!

Can't beat that!

We place about the same, if not more. I always check the carport and porch for a box when I come home.... More times than not, my wife has "bought it now" lol
