    Unreasonable or in the right?

    Custom order something. Not in any hurry to get the item. Given a timeline of 2-3 weeks for completion. Over a month goes by. Contacting supplier through various types of communicatio (pm, posts, and texts) getting a response is like pulling teeth. And the responses have not been followed through with either. In the beginning I paid half of the total. Then when item was complete I paid remaining balance. Still have not received the item nor the photos of said item. (Which were promised twice)

    Continue waiting or put supplier on blast?

    Sounds like you've been more than patient in the process. People need to be aware of bad customer experience IMO

      I know this is one side of the story, but I have contacted supplier and made sure of there hasn't been any kind of emergency or unfortunate event that would explain the issue.

          Are they a sponsor of TBH? They might need to be Chopped if that's how customers are treated.

              Well, from you description, it would seem you are well outside the reasonable amount of time before starting ranting and throwing a public fit about it.

              Doesn't mean you should.

              It is up to you and what you want to come out of this. Keep in mind that it doesn't always play out the way you might think.

                              Glad it's not me! I don't take .01 of payment until order is complete and the customer is happy. I have taken deposits on large orders but rarely!

                              If they are a sponsor here something should be done and we should all be aware of who it is.
