If you say so, most of NM restocking(via out of state resources) was done by 1940, with a few organic transplants in the early 60’s.

End of the day if you are dead set on the pen transfer ideology in Fort Collins then its dumb to think CWD only manifested in 67, especially since there where 50 million sheep across the country prior to 67.
