For spinners, is a particular type or color scheme that’s works best?

Same baits here, but black with blue seem to be my favorite.

I've been catching em with a lipless crank bait and chartreuse chatterbait (3/8 oz). I've had some luck using a clear torpedo in the mornings and a small buzzbait in the evenings as well

Side note, i caught this one Thursday evening on a buzzbait, but has anyone seen bass with black spots like this? Judging by the red wear on the bottom of the tail i would say this one's been bedding, but the big black splotches?

I like black, dark red and blue for stained water, and white or chartreuse for clearer water

Another wacky worm user here for bass. No more often than I'm able to bass fish, it's easier for me to watch my line jump than is is for me to feel the bite. May also have something to do with my low cost rods.

I sure hope my punctuation is correct, and note I didn't ask for a handout or post a go fund me- I'm perfectly happy with my equipment.

Catch em with spots like that on a regular basis on Rayburn, Caught one with a couple black spots on Fork this year.

If you are just looking to catch numbers and don't care about size its hard to beat a weightless fluke this time of year. Pretty easy to catch 50 bass a day this time of year fished from 2' to 8' of water, best colors are usually shades of watermelon. Most of those 50 bass will be 2lbs or smaller, but I've caught fish up to 8 lbs.
For bigger Bites I would fish a jig with a craw trailer and color would depend on the lake, water clarity, and depth.
