Another wacky worm user here for bass. No more often than I'm able to bass fish, it's easier for me to watch my line jump than is is for me to feel the bite. May also have something to do with my low cost rods.
I sure hope my punctuation is correct, and note I didn't ask for a handout or post a go fund me- I'm perfectly happy with my equipment.

Catch em with spots like that on a regular basis on Rayburn, Caught one with a couple black spots on Fork this year.

If you are just looking to catch numbers and don't care about size its hard to beat a weightless fluke this time of year. Pretty easy to catch 50 bass a day this time of year fished from 2' to 8' of water, best colors are usually shades of watermelon. Most of those 50 bass will be 2lbs or smaller, but I've caught fish up to 8 lbs.
For bigger Bites I would fish a jig with a craw trailer and color would depend on the lake, water clarity, and depth.
