It's a good reminder, think I'll go open the panel and give it an inspection to see if my new panel still looks good.

Big time, I don't remember how much though but it was a huge difference.

I looked at this thread early this morning while drinking coffee and just now caught it was raised from 4 years ago

Ok electrician just left, bunch of stuff is recommended but bottom dollar is new panel guts. He says loose connections from lazy home builder are most likely cause and says it appears the heat/melt is accumulated over time. $2,500. Also recommended replacing my 3 Arc fault breakers because theyre pretty hot but I passed on that for now, may just do those myself.
Oh yeah, he says he doesn't think my computer systems contributed as that neutral bar those breakers are on still looks good.

Me, too.
