Texas doesn't have an actual Hunter education number, I took mine in 93 and am number 0124. I do not believe the number is linked to me in any way.

The Hunted education test is so simple it’s kinda embarrassing. My 10 yr old told me that it should be harder if people want to to hunt.

When you go online and print replacement card and it showed up on the print screen there is a different number on the bottom.
Which I assume is the actual ID number.
I think your 0124 is a location of class number

You may be correct as I still have my original card, but I have used that number for 14 years in applying and it has never been questioned.
