My wife works for our congressmen. It hasnt been actually introduced due to them not being in session.

Not to this degree. This one makes every semi-auto on the planet illegal. Your Remington 1100 for crying out loud.....

Nope, in reality IF such a thing did pass, it would make millions and millions of Americans criminals overnight... IF I hand any guns, I sure as hell wouldn't turn 'em in, and when "they" come after 'em, they'd better bring more than one...
