Why do tractors not have titles? Seems weird to me.
If some one is financing one through a bank, then they turn around and sell it for cash but they do not pay off the note at the bank, what is protecting the new owner so that the bank doesn't find it and take it back? Or if the tractor is stolen when you buy it and the new owner has no way of knowing this at time of purchase? Just curious on the "no title" reason behind tractors
