Just looking at the picture, what came to mind was coati. But then after Skinny said otter, that makes more sense. Especially with the location.

I had and otter on cam in east texas that was 400 yds from a small branch(LOL that's east Texan for a small creek !) and a mile from where it runs into good size creek
