Anything that eats meat. Animals are opportunistic and aren't going to pass up easy calories. If the cat was dead, weakened, or just unable to protect itself, anything could have eaten it.

Coyotes will eat one in a heart beat if they can catch one, which usually cant happen.

I’ve eaten a fair amount of mountain lion but never tried bobcat.

Hogs or coyotes. I think if it were vultures, they'd have picked it over more and not just ripped the entire body out.
