          Still sounds like battery.

I know everyone means well, but there is absolutely no way to tell what is wrong over the internet. You can spend a small fortune replacing parts and not fix the problem. Hopefully it's be an inexpensive repair.

I to vote starter. Solenoid should be made on starter. To rule out battery just check lights radio and fan.

Not to argue, but lights, radio, etc. Will all work on lower.voltage than the starter.

Well, I hope it is STILL something easy (AKA inexpensive)! Loose connection at the starter or battery can do the same thing... Of course a fried starter motor can too...

Our Sonata engine locked up. Try turning the Crank. turn passenger wheel out and reach in with wrench.... I know there was an issue with some metal shavings the engine.
                      Hyndai replaced the Motor

we have a 2013 Sonata... engine locked at 101.000 miles. same issue. feels like starter, or battery. I hope its your starter.

True but noticeably dimmer. Try the emergency flashers, if they're REALLY slow, you're battery's gone. Find this out last year.

And the starter needs Amperage. I have seen a 12v battery fail to run a starter yet every thing was running electrically fine
