At 9:21, Jumped another deer cutting thru some open hardwoods on a trail to another road I can sneak down. Starting bleating to try and calm it down and a turkey started responding to my bleats prolly 75-100 yards away. Gobbled 4 times but never saw it. Deer trotted off into the brush

Solo stalk LBJ live thread because my bro did not show up..... bro!. I pushed 2 off the trail coming in @ 7:20. Walked another 100 yards or so and posted up behind a tree, Started grunting and bleating, had 1 spike w/ 2 big does and a yearling come out at 40 yards looking for all the noise. Could not get a good enough look at the spike to make sure he did not have any stickers coming out because I left my binos at home. After about 10 minutes they decided something was not right and headed back in the bush. Continuing on down the trail.
