The ones I’ve looked at cost as much as my truck. But when I say can’t bring myself to pay that much, I buy toys with cash. I paid $6,000 for the first one I bought, sold it a year later and bought a much larger 5th wheel for $8,000. We have camped in it and used it at the lease for 2 seasons. I’ve had to put maybe $400 in repairs to it in the last 2 years. I’ve drug it over a good part of Texas and it has served us well.
