      I find myself doing a lot more mobility work and stretching now. Gotta work the kinks out of this knot.

        Pull-ups.
        Standing DB rows.
        Tubing rotational high rows.
        Incline DB curls.
        DB hammer curls pronation.
        ISO reverse crunches.

            This except I did wide grip pull downs instead of pullups.

            Followed up by 35 minute steep incline TM walk

              This with extra 4th sets of very thing and double sets of dips alternating narrow and wide. 2 sets of v-UPS mixed in with the vertical leg raises. No cardio today. Podiatrist told me to ease up to give my plantar fasciitis some relief.

                        400 challenge. 11:48 that's only 33 seconds faster than last time. Not gonna cut much more time off until I can get more reps per set. Got another chance at it Friday.

                            I missed yesterday. I spent all day Sunday helping/cooking at a local VFD fish fry and I was wore slap out! I slept pretty well last night and made it in today for a good leg, back and abs workout. 5X8-10 supersets

                            Plank rows/leg extension/incline situps
                            Ring pullups/Barbell walking lunges/hanging leg raises
                            Narrow grip v-bar pullups/goblet squat/cable rotations

                            Tomorrow will be hams and shoulders
