        Back and legs today. T-bar rows, leg extensions, barbell rows, hack squat, wide grip body weight pullups, goblet squat, incline situps, ab roller. tomorrow will be chest and hamstrings.

          Barely made it through today. Insane headache almost made me quit a couple times.

          Deadlift from 135-235 100 reps
          Single arm DB Lawnmowers 100 reps
          Lat Pulldowns 100 reps
          Seated cable pulls 100 reps
          Straight Arm Lat pull downs 100 reps

          All are typically 25-25-15-15-10-10 sets with increasing weight with decreasing reps

          Took 1hr15mins so not under a hour mainly due to the headache making me slow down a ton.

          Arms tomorrow

          Have a feeling 1,000 reps for Bi's and Tri's are going to suckkkkkkkkkk

          Day 3 of eating better and less also so good with that.

                Chest and a little legs this morning. Incline bench press, prone leg curls, incline leg raises, reverse grip chest press on smith machine, calf raises, hanging leg raises, incline dumb bell press, planks.

                Someone beat me to the squat rack so I couldn't get dead lifts in. Maybe tomorrow.

                  Got smoked by kid in the calf with a fastball Sunday morning. No legs or cardio since. Makes a huge difference in caloric intake level

                      Mostly shoulders today, but did a little on the legs just cuz it felt good.

                      Lateral raise, military press, incline front raise, rear delt incline fly, upright row, ab crunches, bilateral leg press.

                          This plus 4th set to failure on most exercises. Followed up by 30 minute incline treadmill walk and a few sets of v-UPS

                              A quick biceps and triceps workout today before the hail settles in.

                              Two warm up sets then 3-4 working sets.

                              Barbell curls/skull crushers
                              Z-bar curls/overhead rope extension
                              Hammer curl bar/tricep kickbacks
                              Overhead cable curls/incline situps

                              I was pumped to do more, but I cold see the lightning getting closer and I sho didn't want my new F250 getting all dinged up so I made a beeline for the house. I made it just time time too!

                              I'm thinking about chest and back tomorrow.

                                I spent 1 hour today doing nothing but mobility drills and stretching. If you boy's are a little tight, look up the Youtube channel SmashwerXs. The guy has some awesome stretches and drills. My shoulders, hips and T-spine feel so much better. ROM is huge improvement.
