New Year Workout Accountability 2018

    Leg Lifts

    Weighed in at 216 which is the same as a week and a half ago and I'm completely fine with from the way I've been eating lately

      Missed yesterday due to work and was worn out form work this morning so I didn't make it today either. I need another legs and shoulders session for the week so I'll probably go tomorrow.

        Threw in a 6 pack shuffle today instead of rest. Everything else is sore, might as well!
        Hanging windshield wipers.

        Oak tree step outs left.

          Little scanner traffic this eve.

          PD got several calls on a man with explosives wearing a mask.

          PD set a perimeter to monitor and make contact with subject.

          Subject was waving at PD

          PD made contact and determined that subject was getting in shape for hunting with his weighted vest and elevation mask.

          I got a chuckle out of this one. Not sure the need for an elevation mask though.

                      Wow, I can't believe I slept 10 hours today. I guess I needed it. No gym for me. Hit 257.6 on the scale this am. Total loss is 30 lbs since 1/2/18

                            Thank ya sir. I do have my cheat times. Usually about every 2 weeks and involves my brother-in-law and I and a little beer session or Mexican food and margarita's. I'm planning on going to King's Biergarten in Pearland next Sunday for their 7th year Anniversary. Lots of good food on sale.
