New Year Workout Accountability 2018

    Chest and biceps today. 5 minute walk on treadmill then three warmup sets and 4 working supersets. Pretty heavy day 4X8

    Incline bench press/barbell curl
    Inverse grip flat bench/preacher curl
    Cable fly/hammer curl bar/pushups (15)
    Seated wide grip press/overhead cable curl

    Legs and shoulders tomorrow

      Ive been at it everyday this week. Going in to get these hernias fixed in a couple of hours. You keep at it while Im down AGAIN!

              Had a great session today for the first time in a month or 2.

              Hang clean to jerk press
              Front squats
              Close grip cable rows
              Lat pull downs
              Tricep pull downs
              Tricep extensions, single arm cable
              Abs

              Worked up one helluva sweat and pump. Puke achieved right before I walked in the door of the house. lol

                Fasted cardio done and boy is my gas tank gone. I need to work on that.

                  Vacation again last week. Just got in the normal hunting exercises.
                  Back at it today.
                  DB Deadlifts SS tubing squat to standing rows. (4x)
                  Inverted rows SS DB clean and press. (4x)
                  Burpee push-up reverse pyramid 10 to 1. (2x)

                    A good two days in the gym. Keeping it heavy and supersetting. Giant sets when I need to.

                    5 minute walk on the treadmill to get the hip going in the right direction then three warmup sets and 5 working sets.

                    Monday-legs and back

                    Seated calf raise/T-bar row with a strip set as the final set
                    Leg extension/Low row
                    Assisted chin (neutral grip)/Leg press on sled
                    Wide grip bodyweight pullup/bilateral leg press

                    Tuesday-chest and biceps

                    Incline chest press/barbell curl
                    Wide grip chest press/preacher curl
                    Inverse grip chest press/hammer curl bar
                    Pec deck/Overhead cable curl

                    Wednesday will be shoulders and legs

                      Diamond cutter push-ups SS pull-ups.
                      DB incline bench press SS DB renegade rows.
                      Tubing rotational chest press SS tubing rotational high rows.

                          Went back to the gym today, still no lifting of any kind allowed. I walked a mile on the treadmill just to see how I would do. Seems to be no lingering or aggravating affects so I'll kick it up a notch on both pace and distance.

                              GREAT JOB! A friend at work just started doing P90. He seems lost about the schedule. Is there a workout plan? He's doing it via some Netflix or cable thing and being very random.
