          Chest and biceps today. Missed yesterday since I had to be at work early, but made up for it today. Pretty sure I'm gonna feel this one tomorrow, but I LIKE it!

          5 minutes on the treadmill then two warmup sets and 4 working sets. Still supersetting cuz I can get more done in less time. A good heavy day.

          Seated wide grip chest press/z-bar curl 21's
          Incline bilateral chest press/preacher curl/crunch machine
          Reverse grip bench press/hammer curl 21's
          Over head cable curls/goblet squats

            Reverse lunge and lean SS DB Bulgarian split squat.
            DB single leg RDL SS hip bucks.
            Step up thrusts SS split squat jumps.

              Jump rope day.
              100 both leg jumps.
              75 side to side jumps.
              5 minutes boxer shuffles.
              25 double jumps.

                Shoulders, triceps and legs today. Gotta catch up from missing a day.

                Giant sets 4X8-12 after treadmill and 2 warmup sets.


                Military press/tricep pushdown/leg extension
                Rear delt cable fly/bilateral leg press/skull crusher
                Upright row/overhead cable extension/goblet squat
                Tricep kickbacks for a finisher.

                Not hunting this weekend, but working the Medina VFD game dinner Saturday and cleanup Sunday. I'll be exhausted.

                  I'm still plugging along but its been a rough week. I think I've finished 1 of 5 workouts this week. I'm getting extremely weak and fatigued and have to stop about 5 minutes short. Hope I'm back to normal next week. Just 2 more weeks of this set.

                    I’m down 10-12lbs 225/226 from 238.

                    Dumbbell press has increased from 50-70lbs

                    And I’ve lost about 2-4” on the waist.

                          Suprisingly enough I made it in this morning. I worked the Medina VFD Hunter's Game Dinner Saturday from 9A-1A and couldn't hardly move yesterday. Getting old doesn't suck, but it sure is hard to recover some days.

                          Not a bad gym day. Back and legs 4x8-10 supersets and keeping it heavy. I can tell my legs are getting stronger and supporting my knees better cuz I don't plop down in the chair anymore when sitting down.

                          5 minutes treadmill and 3 warmup sets with 4 working sets.

                          Calf raises/Body weight pullups
                          Inverse row/Bilateral leg press
                          Bent over row/Leg extension
                          Body weight ring pullups/goblet squat
                          Hip therapy stuff

                          Chest and biceps tomorrow.

                              I was supposed to have my hernias fixed today but somehow or another the appt I made a month early never made it on the schedule. I called Friday first thing when they opened to confirm and was greeted with, we dont have you down. Now scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I wasnt a happy camper but that wasnt going to change anything.
