      Standing DB curl progressive set.
      Tricep extension pyramid with DS.
      Wide DB curl 5 sets of 5.
      Skull crusher pyramid with DS.
      DB concentration hammer curl progressive set.
      DB tricep kick backs progressive set.
      30 weighted crunches.
      Through in some barbell forearm rolls (?) and curls, and tubing pull aparts.

        Biceps Triceps today. Lots of curls, pulldowns, dips, concentration curls. Then 30 minutes of cardio on the stairstepper.

          I'm determined to get back after it after my surgery. Just haven't had the energy. I'm trying to get back to 5 days a week, but have been lucky to get three. Today start the turn around.

          Chest and back. 3 warmup sets followed by 4x12 working sets. All supersets with moderate weight concentrating on volume.

          Bench press/T-bar rows
          Bi lateral seated wide grip press/straight bar low row
          Bilateral incline press/bilateral pulldown

          Bilateral movements were completed and immediately went into unilateral movements. The pump feels good.

            Air squats
            front squats
            leg press
            hamstring curls
            leg extensions
            calf extensions

            3 sets of leg lifts (abs)

            15 minutes on stair stepper

              Supposed to be cardio today, but I got in a good stretch/yoga workout instead.

                      Giant set: DB close grip bench press, DB partial fly, and incline push-up.
                      DB skull crusher.
                      DB tricep kick backs SS diamond cutter push-ups.
                      Tricep bench dips SS ab in and outs.
                      Tubing face pulls SS tubing pull aparts.

                        First real leg workout in roughly 3 months occurred today
                        Nice change but had to stay light.

                        Back and legs actually.

                        Going to try and pair 2 muscle groups for every day and have a long cardio/ab day mixed in so I’m hitting every muscle group 2x a week

                          75 push ups
                          75 mountain climbers
                          75 squats
                          150 jumping jacks

                          15 push up burpees this evening for practice. Normally repeat the morning exercise.
                          3 weeks ago I could barely do 10 pushups and couldn't do burpees at all.

                            Congrats and keep up the good work! It's amazing what our bodies can do when we make them. So many people just give up when they can't do something. Usually, we can push ourselves and make it happen.
