2nd grade math question

2 whole pizza's cut into 8 equal parts each.

13 slices were served. Write out the fraction for served slices?

The real issue with this question is we never were told the type of pizza, type of crust used, or if soda was involved.

Also, a firm discussion should be held on who gets the final slices.

Everyone is wrong, including the book/teacher. It asks for the number of slices served in a fraction format. Should not matter how many total slices to begin with, only how many were served, which was thirteen. Answer should be 13/1.

The question is worded wrong for the answer they want. They are asking for the slices in fractions not the whole pizzas in a fraction.
