I'm working in Giddings and my wife and 3 year old son is on there way to stay with me. 3 year olds and hotel rooms don't go well together. Anything for them to do while I'm working?

For food, check out Hunan's, Santa Fe Steakhouse (affordable and really good), Walch Store in Lincoln, Los Patrones and Chihuahua's (great breakfast tacos).
Lake Somerville is just a backroad away and makes for a nice ride to kill time.
La Grange has quite a bit too and good food (~20 minutes away).
I live in Giddings so shoot me any other questions you may have. It's a nice area.

I have family there and hunt in the area. Murphy’s is always good, the new steakhouse in town is good and los patrones, elm creek, and Walch store is good, bullpen is another option. For things to do, my gf likes going to the shops; Ashley’s attic, and simply spruced are the ones she really likes to go to
