Simply not true. The definition of an antler is hardened bone protruding through the skin. No limit on length. 1/2 inch of a spike is still an angler.

I only shoot does on this property. Landowner “believes” deer is in the declining side compared to his horns from last year. He’s probably not going to shoot it. I don’t think he’s shot a buck off his property in the past 4 years. We got to talking about the deer neither one of us knew the answer.
